Returns & Refunds
THE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY IS APPLICABLE ONLY TO THE HANDBAGS
You would need to at first notify us of any return by email office@samiakamar.com no later than 24 hours from the time the goods have been received by yourself.
Samia Kamar Ltd would need to authorize the return and notify you of our return address and instructions.
Please send your returns ONLY to the address stated on our authorized return correspondence and not to the company registered address
To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged, unused and in the same new condition that you received it. The goods are required to be in the undamaged, original packaging, with the swing tag attached. We cannot accept returns if the swing tag has been removed and the original packaging has been damaged or discarded. Please include the original packing list with the returned item.
Samia Kamar Ltd does not take responsibility of returns received in a damaged condition without prior written notice sent with evidence, and our authorization of the return.
Samia Kamar Ltd return policy is 14 days. In the event 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, regretfully a refund or exchange will not be possible.
In addition to your 14 day returns guarantee under the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, customers in the U.K. are entitled to a right to cancel the contract within a period of 7 working days from the date you place your order.
Please be advised our returns and refunds policy would still apply.
Please note, under the circumstances that the goods have been shipped out the order cannot be cancelled, and a RETURN will need to be applied for following our return procedures. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.
Please be advised, Samia Kamar Ltd will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your returned items in transit. For this reason we recommend you ship your returns using a trustworthy service that is able to ensure your goods and guarantee delivery with a recorded and signed for service. Please keep your postage receipt until we have acknowledged the receipt of your returned package.
FOR PERSONALISED BESPOKE GOODS
Samia Kamar Ltd regrets that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on bespoke Goods that are made to your specifications or that have been personalized. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Samia Kamar Ltd takes pride in the quality of our products, and endeavor’s to ensure that all Goods supplied are delivered in perfect condition. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, please return the goods using a recorded, insured and signed for delivery service with a reputable courier. Please include a proof of purchase to show it has been returned within 14 days of your purchasing the goods.
Returned goods will be subject to a thorough inspection. Returns will only be accepted if the swing tag on the bag has not been removed, and the goods are unused, in an undamaged condition, and returned in the original undamaged packaging supplied in with a valid receipt of payment.
Once your return has been received and passes our inspection requirements, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned goods and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund has been approved, we will process the refund no later than 14 working days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied. The refund will be applied using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
EXCHANGE
For an agreed and authorized exchange, we would be happy to exchange your product for a different piece, provided it is in stock and the new item is equal to or more than the value of the original item purchased.
Please note, the above procedure would apply to facilitate any exchange.
In the event of an agreed exchange, new shipping and packing charges will be applicable to you, including excess payment if applicable in any addition to original price.
FEES
For a return or exchange, the Shipping and Packing fees are non-refundable. The credit card processing fees charged for your transaction will be deducted from your initial payment made; this fee is non–refundable.
There will be a further refund processing and handling charge of £15.
Samia Kamar Ltd is unable to cover the cost of your returns courier. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods safely to us, and in the event of an exchange, the new shipping and packing charges will be once more applicable to you, we will retain the original delivery and packing charge.
DEDUCTION FOR GOODS SUPPLIED
Samia Kamar Ltd may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any Goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (i.e. handling the Goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods; beyond the sort of handling that might be reasonably allowed in a shop). This is because you are liable for that loss, and if the deduction is not made, you must pay us the amount of that loss.
Goods bought from ‘The Lifestyle At Home Section’ are Made to Order.
They are non-returnable , non- exchangeable and are Final Sales.
OUR RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
